How long is a salt cave session?

Sessions are 50 minutes. You simply relax in our comfortable cave chairs under a starry sky ceiling and breathe normally — no special preparation or technique needed.

How often should I do halotherapy?

For general wellness, once or twice a week is ideal. For targeted respiratory or skin concerns, 3–4 sessions per week initially produces the best results. Most guests find their own rhythm based on how they feel.

What should I wear to the salt cave?

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing. We provide disposable shoe covers. You may want to avoid clothing you'd mind getting lightly dusted with salt, though the amount deposited is minimal.

Can I bring my phone into the salt cave?

We ask that phones be kept on silent. You're welcome to bring your phone in, but most guests find the cave experience is best when they disconnect completely for the 50 minutes.

Is halotherapy safe if I have asthma?

+

Many guests with asthma report significant respiratory relief from regular halotherapy. However, if you have severe, unstable, or exercise-induced asthma, please consult your physician before booking.

How much does a salt cave session cost?

Please call (518) 785-7258 or visit vagaro.com/saltden for current pricing. We also offer session packages for regular visitors.
